Payment Policy

Annual Support Community Enrollment Fee

A $75 Annual Fee for enrollment in the LAF Support Community will post to all RETURNING families’ accounts on March 19. All NEW families will be charged $75 regardless of the time of enrollment. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE FAMILY ENROLLMENT FEE IS NON-FUNDABLE.

Class Registration Fees

You understand and agree to pay the full amount of each Class Registration Fee (includes tuition and any additional lab or class fees) even if you register late, drop a class, or if your child is dismissed. If you choose, you can pay LAF’s class registration fees in two (2) installments. You agree to pay a minimum of 50% of the total fees at Registration (April), and the remaining 50% at Orientation (August). If tuition is not paid in full by Orientation (and other arrangements are not made with the Treasurer), you understand that your card on file will be charged for your remaining balance 5 days after orientation.  YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL CLASS REGISTRATION FEES (TUITION PLUS LAB AND OTHER FEES) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS LAF HAS TO CANCEL A CLASS.

Late Fees/Bank Fees

In the event of a returned check for insufficient funds, you agree to pay a $25 returned check fee and pay all future balances by cash, credit card, or money order.

Volunteer Requirement Fee

You understand that your account will be charged a $200/semester Volunteer Fee, and those charges will be removed once your volunteer commitment has been fulfilled. If volunteer requirements are not fulfilled, you understand that your account will be charged the outstanding fees.
