Learning and Families is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our entire leadership team is here to help you in any way we can. On Co-op days, you can often find a Board Member at the Support Table in the gym. But you can always email us. Just click the links below. Jody is mom to three homeschool grads, ages 36 (law school grad), 29 (police academy grad), and 25 (business owner), and also a homeschooling grandmother to her third-grade granddaughter. She has been homeschooling for more than 20 years. Jody co-hosted a syndicated parenting radio show, was a columnist, travels and speaks nationwide at homeschool conventions, and writes curriculum.
Allison has been involved with Learning and Families for the past eight years. She is the mother of two daughters ages 12 and 15 and has been homeschooling both since they were in Kindergarten. When Allison isn’t busy homeschooling, she and her husband enjoy remodeling houses together, all while running their own Home Improvement company in Sarasota.

Andrea is a homeschool mom of three children. She has been married to her high school sweetheart Chad for 27 years. She has been homeschooling her children for 14 years with her first graduating in the class of 2022. Andrea has enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom to her kids after many years in the banking industry as a teller and customer service banker. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her friends and family, as well as running a small business making custom tumblers and t-shirts and occasionally breeding sheepadoodles!

Jenni Stahlmann is the mom of seven children, ages 7 to 26, including one child on the autism spectrum, and one grandbaby. The Stahlmann family has homeschooled since 2004 and has belonged to LAF since 2008. Their oldest four are LAF grads. One of her kiddos recently graduated Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music, and another two earned the prestigious Eagle Scout rank. Jenni’s fourth child Sam is the founder of the LAF Theatre Troupe. Jenni hosted a nationally syndicated parenting radio show and column. She currently writes curriculum and speaks at homeschool conventions.

Bailey has been married to Ronnie for 18 years. They have three kids, ages 13 to 18. This is Bailey’s 14th year homeschooling. She has been on the LAF Board of Directors for 12 years. Bailey is passionate about helping her kids pursue their dreams.

Madeline is a homeschooling mom of four, ranging in age from 8 to 17. She has homeschooled from the beginning and is in her 9th year at LAF. She was a facilitator for five years and on the Board of Directors for six. Madeline enjoys reading, serving at church, and coffee.
