WHEN
Date: Friday, January 31, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM (at main entrance)
Note: Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter and will forfeit their ticket without a refund
Traffic: Please allot time for traffic. Allow 30-60 minutes for gridlock/heavy traffic. Some families stay in a hotel the night before.
Park Closing Time: To be announced by SeaWorld closer to the trip date
IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION:
- Tickets are not refundable for any reason unless LAF cancels the trip
- Tickets are not transferable
- The First EXTENDED registration deadline for this trip is January 17, 2025. After that, ticket prices will raise until the final deadline of January 23, 2025. After that, you will no longer be able to purchase tickets for this trip.
Children two and under: FREE
Ages 3 and 4: Full price, unless obtaining the Preschool pass from SeaWorld (see details below)
Grades K – 12: $51 (by 1/17/25); $56 (by 1/23/25)
Adults 19+: $53 (by 1/17/25); $58 (by 1/23/25)
SeaWorld Passholders: If you already have a SeaWorld pass, please do NOT sign up with us. You will be able enter through the general admission gate with us, but we cannot add you in our field trip count.
PreSchool Passes: In January SeaWorld will most likely offer a pre-school ticket that is FREE. If they do not offer this, all non-Kindergarteners will have to pay full ticket price. Kindergarten age is the parent’s discretion.L
Every ticketed member of your party must wear the official green LAF T-Shirt.
T-shirts are available for purchase at any time during the LAF Co-op day on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm in the gym at Renewal Church (7221 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota). T-shirts are $15 for adult sizes and $10 for youth sizes. We have samples of each size at LAF Co-op for you to try on before buying.
If anyone in your party arrives at SeaWorld without a T-shirt, you will be required to purchase one on site for $25 and will be subject to whatever sizes we have available at that time. Refusal to wear or purchase an LAF T-shirt will forfeit your ticket without a refund.
We will take a group picture for the LAF Yearbook just before we enter the park.
