There is a one-time $25 Co-op registration fee for each student taking one or more classes.
Be sure to note the supply fee for each class. These differ from class to class and will be listed beneath the class description here on the website. These fees are automatically added to the tuition cost for each class in the Parent Portal, where you pay for classes after your Co-op application has been approved.
All registration and supply fees are due in full by July 15, 2025 to hold a student’s spot in class.
LAF Traditional Co-op is a cooperative learning opportunity that requires parents of all students to contribute to the smooth running of the Co-op. All families will be required to serve according to our Service Requirement policy.
Junior Co-op
LAF Junior Co-op requires parents of all students to remain on campus throughout the Junior Co-op program and serve in their assigned Service Roles. Parents will not be asked to prepare lesson plans or lead classes. Our paid facilitators do all of that! But parents do help in the classrooms, hallways, gym, concession stand, coffee shop, welcome table, and wherever else is needed.
At least one parent or adult family representative from each family registered for the LAF Junior Co-op is required to remain on campus serving in their assigned role during all of Junior Co-op. That means parents cannot send their child to Co-op under the guardianship of another Junior Co-op parent/guardian or family already in attendance. If a parent or guardian is not present with a child, the child will not be permitted to attend Co-op that day.
Middle/High School Co-op
In the 2025/26 year, we have a new Service Requirement policy. All families are required to serve. The amount of service requires varies based on the number of classes a family is taking.
There is no buyout option for the 2025/26 year. If you have a truly extenuating circumstance, feel free to reach out to Jody Hagaman. We will review each extenuating circumstance carefully and prayerfully.
