A $90 Annual Family Fee for enrollment in the 2024/25 LAF Support Community is posted to RETURNING family accounts, once their 24/25 Application is approved.
NEW FAMILIES whose applications are approved and have paid the family enrollment fee will be officially added to the community at the beginning of June (the official start of the new year). However, they will be eligible to register for Co-op classes when registration opens to the public on May 6th (following admission and payment of the family fee).
Any families who enroll AFTER August 31, 2024 will be charged $100.00 for the 2024/25 family enrollment fee.
The Family Enrollment Eee in the Support Community is not prorated for families who join later in the school year.
Once you create an account and enter all of your information in the Parent Portal for enrollment in the Support Community, you must logout and then LOG BACK INTO your Parent Portal and pay the family enrollment fee immediately. You may not participate in any LAF activities or attend Co-op classes until this fee is paid in FULL.
Every family must keep a VALID payment form on file in their Parent Portal at all times.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE ANNUAL FAMILY ENROLLMENT FEE IS NON-FUNDABLE
You understand and agree to pay the full amount of tuition and lab/supply fees for each class, even if you register late, drop a class, or if your child is removed from the program.
Due at Registration
You agree to pay a minimum of 50% of the total class tuition fees at the time of registration, plus 100% of any lab/supply fees. The remaining balance is due on or before Orientation (7/28 or 7/29/24) unless other arrangements are made with the Treasurer.
Due by Orientation
If tuition is not paid in full by Orientation, or other arrangements made with the Treasurer, you understand that your card on file will be charged for your remaining balance within five (5) days of Orientation.
You understand that payments must be PAID IN FULL, before admittance to class, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Treasurer. If your balance is unpaid, your child will risk losing their seat.

Pushed Payments
You understand that unless you make specific payment arrangements with the Treasurer, outstanding tuition and fees will be charged to the credit card on file within five days of Orientation.
Unpaid cooperative requirement fees (see below) will also be charged to the credit card on file unless specific payment arrangements are made with the Treasurer.
Families are encouraged to log into their Portal monthly and pay any outstanding balances for merchandise, t-shirts, pizza, etc. You understand that the Treasurer will push payments at the end of each month for any unpaid fees accrued throughout the month.
Cooperative Requirement Fee
You understand that all Co-op families who did not choose to pay the $500 Cooperative Requirement Fee in full before the start of the year will have a $300 fee placed on their account. That charge will be removed at the end of the semester once your cooperative commitment has been fulfilled and verified. If 12 cooperative requirement points are not fulfilled in the first semester, you understand that your account will be charged $300 for that semester, which is not refundable.
At the start of the second semester, another $300 fee will be placed on all accounts who did not pay the $500 fee up front. This will be removed at the end of the second semester once your cooperative commitment has been fulfilled and verified. If 12 cooperative requirement points are not fulfilled in the second semester, you understand that your account will be charged $300 for that semester, which is not refundable.
