8th Grade iFLY Field Trip

Additional flight requirements: Flight Requirements – Who Can Fly

If we can’t get 15 participants (8th graders and/or parents) by 4/15/2025, we will open the field trip to other family members of the participating 8th graders. Parents do not need to participate, but they are welcome to stay or drop the students off. As we get closer to the event date, a link to the waiver form will be sent to the participating families.

How to Prepare: You’ll wear a flight suit over your clothes, so wear a comfortable outfit you’d wear on a regular day. Eating before flying is okay.

Do’s:

• Lace-up sneakers

• Casual, comfortable clothes

• Style hair for a fitted helmet, like a low bun

• Glasses are okay

Don’ts

• Jewelry, watches, accessories

• Loose clothing & shoes

• Items in pockets

• Open-toed shoes or sandals
