DESCRIPTION:Come join us for some fun and educational learning at the Mote Marie Laboratory & Aquarium. You will be able to some dip netting and learn about some local critters in bay\, Tour the Aquarium & Marine Mammal Center. Walk along the mangroves to Ken Thompson Park and enjoy some lunch.\nDate: Friday\, January 24th\, 2025Time: 9:30am-1pmPrice Per: Child/ren 3 and up $18.00 (Pre-K thru 5th)under 3 freeAdult $20.00Location: 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway\, Sarasota\, FL 34236\nStudents must arrive water ready. Bring: water bottle\, sunscreen\, a towel and perhaps a set of dry clothes for touring the aquarium. Plan to wear shoes that can go in the water\, if possible. Also\, pack a lunch as we will be able to eat at the playground after doing the mangrove walk.\nThere is a gift shop on location. Please be cautious as many fragile items are throughout the small shop. Up to 10 people at one time allowed and students have to have an adult.\nAll Participants must wear a LAF green field trip shirt.\nParent or Chaperone MUST be present the entire Field Trip. This is NOT a drop off.\nAll Sales Are Final – There are NO REFUNDS. Unless trip is canceled due to weather or not meeting the minimum number participants requirements.
